Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your request. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting can take time).
- Contact your bank (processing time may apply).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, return shipping cost will be deducted.
