Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please send a direct message (DM) to us on WhatsApp at 8882441958.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
