Packaging

At GiftingAura, we take special care in packaging your items to ensure privacy and protection. We use sturdy, opaque brown cardboard boxes or high-strength poly bags that are untearable and completely conceal the contents. The packaging bears no product information, ensuring the confidentiality and quality of your purchase—at no extra cost.

Delivery Guarantee

We are committed to delivering your items promptly. GiftingAura offers a ‘3-Day Delivery’ within the National Capital Region (NCR) and a ‘7-Day Delivery’ across India for most products. You can expect to receive your items within 7 business days from the date of your order, from Monday to Friday.

Exclusions to the Delivery Guarantee:

• Unavailability of the customer or incorrect billing/shipping information.
• Deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas may take longer.
• Situations affected by law and order in specific cities.
• Products on backorder do not fall under the delivery guarantee.

Shipping Charges

We may charge a nominal shipping fee for orders below a certain amount, which will be displayed during checkout. The total shipping cost for your order will be clearly shown before you confirm the purchase.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking URL to monitor your shipment. Additionally, updates will be provided via WhatsApp through Shiprocket. Our trusted courier partners include top services such as Amazon, DTDC, Shadowfax, and ExpressBees, all managed by Shiprocket.

Cancellations and Returns

Order Cancellation

While we strive to process all orders, there may be rare cases where an order needs to be canceled. In such instances, our Customer Service Team will contact you directly. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will refund the amount to your card account.

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel it and refund the entire amount. Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Please note that shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

Returns Policy

Customized products are non-returnable, as each item is handcrafted specifically for your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing any returns.

Mode of Return

We facilitate returns through a free courier collection service. Alternatively, you may choose to send the product back via speed post or a courier service of your choice.

To arrange a return or exchange for defective items, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. We will organize a free courier pickup, and you will receive an Airway Bill for reference.
